Led by Dr. Catherine Vanner, we are a group of researchers studying the intersection of gender, violence, and education and the mobilization of education to prevent gender-based violence and discrimination. Our team conducts qualitative and participatory research to understand and advance the role of education in enhancing gender justice.

We are located at the University of Windsor on the Traditional Territory of the Three Fires Confederacy of First Nations, which includes the Ojibwa, the Odawa, and the Potawatomi.
